Pianolin Rolls
**All Rolls Are $75.- Each. We supply the Pianolin rolls
on 3/4" O.D. cores, wound as a single sheet (i.e. not
already in loop format). The playing direction is marked
and individual selections are inscribed by number and
title. The user can readily feed the roll directly into
the Pianolin, and then splice the ends together.
These little rolls contain
more music than many rolls
twice the size. They
haven't been recut in many years
owing to the endless format plus
the 8 perfs/inch scale.
Existing Pianolin rolls are
often in very rough shape,
having had endless playing
cycles in their lifetimes.
We will be adding a number of
these rolls to the catalog
as the website grows in the
coming months. Rolls
currently available are listed
below.

North Tonawanda Musical Works - Pianolin Roll No. A605 "Blues Roll"
**Ragtime and
Jazz enthusiasts will recognize this to be a uniquely interesting roll.
Each of the tunes was composed by members of the early jazz band "The
Louisiana Five," which recorded for Columbia records in competition with
The Original Dixieland Jazz Band on Victor. The compositions are all in
the ragtime vein, and each was composed by Anton Lada, Joe Cawley and
Spencer Williams. You could call this roll a "Louisiana Five Program
Special." A ragtime roll composed of selections all featured by a
single band is pretty much unprecedented. Unique and wonderful in every
respect.**
